How do I book an activity?
Search for an activity you’re interested in. Select the activity to see more information and its availability. Then use the booking system to choose your preferred date and time and finalise the booking with payment and confirmation.
Do I need an account to book?
An account for your email will be automatically created when you make a booking for an activity. All your bookings made with the same email will be stored under that account. We will send you an email to create a password. You will need your password to access your account which enables you to reschedule or cancel activities, allocate your children to an activity, access your calendar and access customer support.
Can I book for multiple children at once?
Yes, you can for as many participants as you like. You can allocate your children and other guests to an activity, print a calendar for each child for a quick view of their schedules. You can also share a booking with another parent.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Cancellations, rescheduling and no shows terms are determined by the Provider, which are displayed on each activity listing. Generally: • You can reschedule an activity based on its availability. • You can cancel an activity within an allowable cancellation window set by the Provider. • There are no refunds for no shows.
What happens if an activity is cancelled?
If a Provider cancels an activity, you will be refunded the cost of the activity in full. The WhatWhere booking fee is not refundable.
Who do I talk to if there's a problem?
Please log into your account to access our local customer support team. Contact details for Providers with who you made bookings are also available in your profile for easy access.
Is my child's information safe?
We take security of your information very seriously and comply with all Australian laws. Your contact details are shared with Providers with who you make bookings. Your data is automatically erased from Provider access after 12 months of your last booking with them. You can also choose to not share data with some Providers by selecting to not share your data in your profile page.
